Social Media, Content and Community Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media, Content & Community Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Department and take the lead on our social agenda.
The purpose of this role is to curate content for distribution across all social media accounts in your designated portfolio – ensuring content is on brand, on trend, engaging, relevant and delivered in a timely manner to showcase the magic of Merivale!
We’re on the hunt for someone who is a blend of both creative and strategic; showcasing an ability to turn creative ideas into actionable communication plans and strategic roadmaps, establishing content calendars and reporting on campaign performance to capture ROI insights. The sort of self-starter with an eye for detail, a passion for innovation, and a relentless focus on being the best.
Must have 2-3 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager, with strong creative writing ability and a deep knowledge of Facebook targeting and advertising. Mid-level photography and graphic design skills in Photoshop, Indesign and Keynote are also essential in order to bring our venues and events to life. A background in food/beverage/hospitality or generally being a foodie is definitely a bonus.
