Bistrode CBD

Located on level one of CBD Hotel is one of Merivale’s latest ventures, a culinary collaboration with acclaimed chef Jeremy Strode. This open plan space is flooded with natural light as a result of the large gallery windows lining the walls. Jeremy Strode's menu features contemporary British fare, which is fresh and seasonal and has won the restaurant one chef's hat at the 2012 SMH Good Food Guide Awards.

Bistrode CBD is an ideal venue for an intimate sit down dinner reception for up to 80 guests.
