Cocktails by Mike Enright
Originally from the UK, Mixologist Mike Enright has had over twenty years experience in the hospitality industry. Mike was originally trained in London’s West End leading cocktail bars where he developed his passion for cocktail mixology.
Since arriving in Australia he has been named in the top 50 Most Influential in the Hospitality industry and in 2010 was named ‘Bartender of the Year’ by the NSW AHA. Mike was also awarded ‘Bartender of the year’ AHA National Awards in 2011.
