Ambitious and gifted, Reid’s love of good food started from an early age –his mum is also a qualified chef.  Reid went on to work at some of Sydney’s finest eateries including est. where he was mentored by the legendary Peter Doyle. Reid goes about his cooking for the Beresford the same way he goes about Sunday lunch and BBQ’s with friends.
