While there’s plenty of seating outside, it’s inside where history really comes alive. Warm lighting reveals an ancient wooden ceiling, blue stone floors, library style bottle storage and glass pendant lighting whose combined effect is an intimate bar with ambiance and charm with subtle reminders of Sydney’s convict past.
An extensive wine list has been chosen by one of the most qualified Sommeliers in the country with Master Sommelier Franck Moreau overseeing the wine list at Tank Stream Bar.
Tank Stream is available for exclusive events seven days a week including Saturday evenings.
