Establishment’s Tank Stream Bar was the venue of choice for a fitting cocktail party to celebrate the engagement of Amie and Mick. 90 guests gathered in the charming surrounds of Tank Stream Bar, complete with exposed ancient wooden ceiling, exposed beams and feature wine-rack walls.
A canapé feast featuring Spiced chicken quesadilla with jalapeno and coriander salsa, Thai style blue swimmer crab and pomelo, Lamb cutlet chimichurri with avocado salsa and brioche crumbed flathead fillet with shoestring fries and tartar. All washed down with a fine selection of wine, beer and Champagne.
