Coogee Pavilion, Merivale’s stunning new beachside venue, will open the doors to its beautifully refurbished ground floor this Thursday 24 July. Offering a variety of casual dining experiences in a fun, beachside setting, the ground floor kitchen will be led by a team of dynamic Merivale chefs including Jordan Toft, Zac Sykes, Vincenzo Biondini and Danielle Alvarez.

Work in Progress, Merivale’s new bar in Sydney’s CBD, will officially open its doors on Thursday 1 May. The art-based pop-up is curated by Glenn Barkley, former Senior Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art, and features the distinctive and energetic work of Darwin-based pop artist, Franck Gohier. The bar will serve traditional Thai street food and offer a short but ever changing cocktail menu.

Papi Chulo, Merivale’s first restaurant in Manly, will officially open on 31 December 2013.
