Head chefs Christopher Hogarth and Patrick Friesen bring to Papi Chulo extensive experience in two of Merivale’s most revered eateries, working closely alongside culinary mastermind Dan Hong. Hailing from Canada, Patrick has led the Ms.G’s kitchen for nearly two years, bringing diners the anarchic, twisted take on Asian fusion food that they’ve come to love so much.
