Bar Manager Sam Egerton and his team have drawn inspiration from tipples of the 1800s – 1920s, adding creative flair and a modern twist to craft this seasonal offering. “With the exception of the liquor itself, everything at Palmer & Co. is made in house — from ginger beer to bitters, juices, liqueurs, vermouth and cordials,” says Sam.
