Ivy Ballroom

ivy Ballroom

At the top of a sweeping staircase is a venue that flies in the face of everything you thought you knew about  “ballrooms”. The Ivy Ballroom is a wide-open pillarless venue with dramatic high ceilings, oversized white chandeliers and stunning zebra-print carpet. It’s 509 square metres of sheer potential flooded in natural light from an outside garden terrace. For those important presentations that require darkness, the room has complete black out blinds and restaurant quality food is, as you’d expect, outstanding.

Without question, the best ballroom in Sydney happens to be right in the middle of George Street.

Whether you’re planning a fundraising dinner, a university graduation or a lavish birthday celebration, the incredibly versatile ivy ballroom can turn any occasion into an event.

Shared or alternate serves available

Most events work on the alternate serve method for seated events. While we’re happy to oblige, we also specialise in a shared menu concept presented on our custom made lazy susans.

Ivy Ballroom

More than a ballroom

Your guests are also invited to try out any of the amazing variety of restaurants and bars within the ivy complex before or after your own event.
