How are vouchers delivered?
There are two methods of collection. Either,
(a) ) Tick Collection: Merivale will e-mail you within one business day when your voucher is ready for collection. Collection is from Merivale head office, ivy, level 2, 320 George Street, Sydney, during office hours, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Vouchers are unavailable for pick up on weekends; Merivale cannot email or fax vouchers
(b).Tick Postage: the voucher will be sent via Express Post. Delivery should arrive within 48 hours however Merivale cannot guarantee the delivery times of Australia Post. Merivale cannot be held responsible for Australia Post’s delivery of the voucher.
Can you replace lost/stolen vouchers?
Vouchers are treated as cash; lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
Where can the gift voucher be spent?
Purchaser can nominate a specific venue, or any Merivale venue on the form.
How can I send my completed form?

Can I order a gift voucher by phone?
No, Merivale does not accept telephone orders for vouchers as signatures are required for all credit card payments. Alternatively, please feel free to walk in to our head office and allow 10-15minutes processing time.

* No carry over credits apply.
* Redeemable for one event only
To claim your voucher, bookings must be made through restaurant reservations. Please call 9240 3000 and advise your voucher no. name and contact details.
* Your voucher must be presented at the restaurant to be redeemed.
* Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be re-issued so please handle with care.
