Co-head chefs at Felix, Lauren Murdoch and Nathan Johnson, are bringing quintessential French fare to Sydneysiders.

Throughout her accomplished career Lauren has been the power behind the many award-winning restaurants. Her undeniable dedication and talent gained Lotus one chef’s hat at the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards in 2007 & 2008, and Ash St. Cellar was named Editors Favourite Wine Bar at the 2010 Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide.

Specialising in classical and modern European, Nathan also has an impressive 20 year career history, consistently working in 5 star and Michelin star restaurant establishments, including Gordon Ramsay at Claridges and  Boxwood Cafe in London, and Banc in Sydney.

Both are dynamic, results-orientated, team spirited chefs who aim to create honest, simple food using the finest produce.
