Wine – Franck Moreau
Merivale’s French-born, award-winning Master Sommelier, Franck Moreau, believes there is a wine to suit every event and works closely with the culinary team to ensure wine selections are perfectly paired with the chosen menus. In addition to winning the inaugural Best Sommelier of Australia competition this year, Franck became one of the first Australians to join an elite worldwide group of 192 Master Sommeliers - the highest internationally recognised title for his profession.
