But one of est.’s best-kept secrets has to be its exclusive Private Dining Room.

In this beautiful heritage dining space, one of Sydney's best chefs will create the most contemporary fine dining experience you’ve had in a long time – if ever. The beautiful room is completely private, the service discreet and seats up to sixteen people.

Available for all private functions from celebrating that special occasion to C-level dinners. est. can also arrange celebratory cakes and flowers as well as any additional audiovisual needs.

The Private Dining Menu at lunch is $90pp for 2 courses or $110pp for 3 courses and includes sides, tea, coffee and petit fours.

The Private Dining Menu at dinner is $140pp and includes three courses, sides, tea, coffee and petit fours.

The room has no hire fee. Minimum spend is $1,500 at lunch and $2,000 at dinner. Beverages are charged on consumption. 10% service charge
