Merivale’s Meetings and Events Executive Chef, David O’Brien, along with a number of Merivale restaurant chefs including Jeremy Strode and Peter Doyle, have tailor-made fresh and exciting menus to suit any style of event or celebration.

At Merivale, David O’Brien continues to push the boundaries, from types of cuisine we have on offer through to how it's served to our guests, including the creation of the Merivale events 'lazy suzy' allowing a shared plates dining option to be done in a stylish way whilst being a talking point for your guests.
