Widely traveled and with a wealth of experience in Australia, Europe and the USA, Jordan Toft's career began in the kitchen of the Sydney Opera House in 1997. In 2000, Jordan joined fellow Merivale Chef Peter Doyle at his restaurant, Celsius, and two years later, Jordan assisted Peter Doyle in his takeover of Merivale's est. in Sydney. As Sous Chef, Jordan was instrumental in est. winning the Restaurant of the Year award in its first year of operation.
