CBD CLUB BAR
Located on the 3rd floor of the beautifully restored Hotel CBD on the corner of York and King Streets. The Club Bar is a great venue for post-work get togethers, a game of billiards or your own private party for any kind of celebration.
A relaxed yet refined atmosphere typifies this sophisticated space. From a bar embraced by dark brown pillars, to original timber floors meticulously furnished with a blend of contemporary and antique furniture. Guests are welcome to mingle or just lounge about. And the billiard table has a hard wood cover allowing it to double as a display table.
It’s the club you can call your own.
Club Bar is in the same building as Bistrode CBD, the one-hatted restaurant headed by Jeremy Strode and our sports bar, York 75.
Head Chef Jeremy Strode
Jeremy Strode began his career in a hotel kitchen near his home when he was 14 – washing dishes. He went on to complete his apprenticeship in five-star hotels throughout London and at 24, was working for famed chef Michel Roux at his three-Michelin-star Waterside Inn at Bray in Berkshire.
Wide choice in food from one-hat chef
Not many bars can boast that they have a hatted chef supplying the menu. Jeremy Strode is the resident chef at Hotel CBD and ensures that all our food hits the mark.
