Born in Australia to Sicilian parents, it's no wonder chef Alfie Spina has made a name for himself re-working age-old Italian food traditions into a divine European inspired spuntini menu. Spuntini are bite-sized snacks, much like an Italian version of the Spanish tapas.

Influenced by his mother’s love of shared cooking, Alfie’s single-minded passion for food can be tasted in every dish. His seasonal, flavour-full menu is created for sharing and enjoying over one of Franck Moreau’s vibrant wines.
